Having studied competitive strategies at Harvard Business School, Alex is involved in all strategic planning for the business and for all relationships with Clients. Account Manager= Gemma Sneath B.A. (Hons) Gemma joined Grisdale Lesniak Swann after three years of working in JCB’s marketing department on their global literature. Gemma has a first class degree in Design Management and handles the day-to-day running on a number of the Agency’s accounts. Web Designer= Chris Tunnicliffe B.A. (Hons) Chris comes with over 11 years’ experience working for blue chip web design agencies and one of the UK’s biggest media management services. Chris specialises in online activity, using a range of skills in CSS, ASP, PHP and Flash animation to develop complex and innovative web solutions. Girl Friday= Paula Kemlo Paula has worked in the industry for almost 20 years and has been with GLS since its inception.
