The Challenge.

To overcome public perceptions, The Hanley asked us to look at generating leads for their Independent Financial Advice service. The problem was, the man on the street didn't know the Hanley had IFAs and, more seriously, didn't trust IFAs at all.

The Solution.

We had to persuade people that The Hanley could provide independent financial advice from people they knew and, crucially, could trust. With this in mind, we developed the strapline 'Independent Financial Advice that's right up your street,' coupled with pictures of local street signs that resonated with ordinary people. The campaign ran across Point of Sale in all of The Hanley's branches.

The Results.

During the campaign, The Hanley experienced a massive 72% increase
in IFA enquiries.
