The Challenge. The challenge offered up by The Derbyshire Building Society really was something requiring rather more delicate handling than a can of beans. We were asked to produce a branch campaign to encourage cross sales of Mortgage Life Assurance. Naturally, sensitivity and a delicate touch were required to convey the notion that The Derbyshire really can make the worst times better. The Solution. Our solution encompassed branch posters, counter leaflets, life assurance leaflets and even a holiday competition offer, a diverse range of materials with one single-minded message. The humanity and sensitivity of our approach was designed to strike a distinct note of empathy with visitors to the branch. The Results. Results were such that The Derbyshire has subsequently asked us to develop concepts for a complete overhaul of the brand. |
